By joining, you become a member of the CO-OPS Cooperative Network — a federated cooperative of cooperatives. Your membership is governed by cooperative principles as defined by the International Cooperative Alliance.
Your rights: One member, one vote in network governance. Patronage dividends allocated by Shapley value annually. Access to all selected co-op services. Store credit portable across the network.
Your commitments: Act in good faith with fellow members. Uphold cooperative principles: voluntary membership, democratic control, member economic participation, autonomy, education, cooperation, and community concern.
Membership fee: $1 one-time network membership fee. Non-refundable. Grants permanent network access.
Per-co-op membership agreements with full equity terms will be presented when each co-op activates. This agreement covers your network-level membership only.
